CJCT’s London studio has a vacancy for a marketing coordinator. The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in a similar position with a clear understanding of graphics and creative copywriting skills.

The marketing coordinator’s responsibilities will include but is not limited to:
- manage marketing and public relations opportunities including potential attendance at events
- coordinate and collate bids (for director approval)
- manage and update the practices website
- manage and optimise social media presence
- identify and develop opportunities to improve the practices presence, brand and success
- manage quality of marketing material and maintain practice brand standards
- organise project presentation material including standard text, display boards etc
- organise photography of finished projects
- manage printing from external companies for brochures and marketing material
Skills required:
- InDesign – advanced
- Photoshop – advanced
- Adobe Suite – advanced
- Microsoft Package – intermediate (with advanced PowerPoint)
- excellent communication and networking skills within the team and wider industry
- excellent time management skills
- excellent attention to detail
- ability to prioritise own work
This is a role requiring a candidate with experience of operating at a responsible level. The successful candidate is expected to work independently with initiative and without daily director input.
This position suits a candidate who already possesses excellent self-management skills and a diverse knowledge of marketing. For the right type of candidate there is the opportunity to make the role your own and to develop it further.
